Unicom Communications (Blue Island) is currently hiring for Customer Service/Call Center Agents - all shifts available. Proficient in relevant computer applications, knowledge of customer service principles and practices, 2 or more years in call center environment preferably using Infinity Call Center Software, keyboard entry speed of 50-55 wpm error-free, excellent communication skills including proper diction, grammar, spelling, listening skills, attention to detail, judgement, adaptability, team work, verbal and written communication skills.
