OSF Beverly Breast Cancer Walk Steps Off Mother's Day At Ridge Park

Register to walk in the 27th annual OSF Beverly Breast Cancer Walk on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 10, at Ridge Park.

CHICAGO—More than 8,000 walkers, including patients, families, neighbors, and other supporters, in a showcase of community strength and kindness, will take part in the Beverly Breast Cancer Walk. The walk is a 3-mile walk held annually on Mother’s Day through the historic Beverly/Morgan Park neighborhood of Chicago.

Built from the courage and strength of Chicagoans affected by breast cancer, the event has grown from 30 people in 2000 to more than 8,000 who have raised more than $8.3 million, becoming one of Chicago’s most celebrated—and locally impactful—breast cancer fundraising events.

The breast cancer walk is committed to directly serving the needs of breast cancer patients and survivors in the Chicago region. The walk harnesses hometown pride as it honors those impacted by the disease and raises funds for the state-of-the-art treatment and services provided by OSF HealthCare Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Evergreen Park.
