Pop Singer Guinevere Surprises Brother Rice Senior with a Date on Prom Night

Eddie Seitz, a Brother Rice High School senior, showed up to his senior prom Friday night with a pop singer on his arm.

He was surprised to find Guinevere, who hit the Billboard dance chart last year with her first hit single "Crazy, Crazy", standing outside his front door on prom night.

"I wrote her a letter saying I had never been to any school dance and I asked her if she would go to the prom," Seitz said.

She didn't reply, instead choosing to surprise the young South Sider. Guinevere also treated the Brother Rice students at the prom to a song — one written especially for Eddie.
