Join Little Company of Mary Hospital's Women's Center for 'Girls Night Out,' Sept. 20
Join the LCMH Women's Center for an evening of wine, fine food and laughter for "Girls Night Out" at Ridge Country Club, Sept. 20.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- Gather your girlfriends, daughters, sisters, mothers and aunts and head to the Ridge Country Club for Little Company of Mary Hospital Women’s Center annual “Girls Night Out” on Wednesday, Sept. 20. This year marks the 10th anniversary of this successful outing. Join the women’s Center for an evening of delicious food, wine and laughter.
"Girls’ Night Out" takes place every year as a time for women to come together and celebrate being a woman. It provides an opportunity for women of all ages in the community to learn about leading healthy and happy lives. The themes this year focus on adolescence and grandmothering.
The two guest speakers include Sonya Dinizulu, PhD, pediatric psychologist, University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children’s Hospital who sees patients at LCMH, and Joan Murphy RN, PhD, motivational speaker. They will share :The Secret to Teens-Unleashing Their Sparkle” and “Grandmother’s Pearls Focusing on the Wisdom of Grandmothers.”

Adolescence can be a challenging time for teens and the women who love them, but Dr. Dinizulu will be there
as a resource to offer reassurance and guidance to participants. Murphy will reflect on the quality and brilliance that add luster to grandparenting and the pearls to create positive and meaningful relationships with the teens in your life.
The event takes place from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20 at a new venue, Ridge Country Club, located at 10522 South California Avenue in Chicago. The fee is $50. Tables of eight are $320. Payment is required at registration. Continuing education units will be available for RNs who attend.
