See You at the Movies!

BACinema Wednesday night movies at the Beverly Arts Center is among Chicago’s few art-house style film programs. It screens first run, international and independent films, and is a venue for several Chicago area film festivals. Filmmaker Jonathan Moeller coordinates the film program, scheduling movies for the Wednesday night film series and also teaches film classes at the BAC.

Currently working on his MFA in film writing and directing at Columbia College Chicago, Moeller has worked in many areas of filmmaking, from sound mixing to production to direction.

“I am excited to be interacting with a community of film viewers who appreciate and enjoy film,” Moeller said about BACinema’s legion of fans. “These are really dedicated filmgoers. I want to bring them what they want to see.”
