Shadow a RedHawk During 'Fridays At Marist'
Marist High School invites grammar school students to visit and experience life at the school on Fridays from Sept. 13 through Dec. 6.

CHICAGO, IL -- Want to be a RedHawk? Marist High School's "Fridays at Marist" is starting up again for the fall 2019 semester. The popular program will run on seven Fridays beginning Sept. 13 through Dec. 6, with the exception of Nov. 29 when the school will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. Sixth, seventh and eighth grade students can spend a day shadowing a Marist freshman or sophomore and learn what life is like at the home of the RedHawks.
The day begins at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 2:15 p.m. It includes a tour, classes and lunch. It’s a great way for prospective students to get a firsthand understanding of what Marist is like. Parents should note that visiting grammar school students will be dismissed an hour earlier due to construction on campus. The dress code is casual, but students are asked to wear collared shirts. Please refrain from wearing denim.
Details about shadow days can be found on Fridays at Marist. Parents can register their children online or via phone at at 773-881-5363.
