CHICAGO — Toss your Christmas tree into an awesome bonfire and toast the arrival of 2024 at Wild Blossom Meadery and Winery on New Year’s Eve. The party runs from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 31, in Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood, 9030 S. Hermitage Ave.
Say goodbye to your old Christmas tree in the most epic way (no artificial trees, please) and watch it transform into a mesmerizing display of flames in the South Side meadery’s midnight fireworks show. The evening features DJ Jams that will keep you dancing and warm, plus games for some friendly competition.
Indulge in a delightful selection of beers, wines and mead at a cash bar. Free limited food will be available. Toast the New Year with a free alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage at midnight, while watching a crane pitch Christmas trees into a fire pit.

The New Year’s Eve celebration was changed this week to a free customer appreciation event, so there is no cover. A cash bar will be available. RSVP is appreciated so they know how many people to prepare for.
