South Sider Claims Cop Grabbed His Testicles and Tried to Crush Them: Lawsuit
The plaintiff in a federal lawsuit says the 2013 incident took place in front of his wife and kids on South Fairfield.

A South Side man claims a Chicago police officer tried to crush his testicles in the palm of his hand during a 2013 traffic stop on South Fairfield Avenue.
Juan Mexicano, in a lawsuit filed in federal court Monday, says he was in his car outside his house with his wife and two children when CPD squad cars surrounded him on Oct. 6, 2013, just before midnight in the 4300 block of South Fairfield.
Mexicano says a police officer grabbed his dashboard camera and smashed it, then ordered him to empty his pockets, at which point Mexicano told his wife to call 911. The officer “grabbed his testicles, and attempted to crush them with his hand,” the lawsuit claims, telling Mexicano to “shut the f*** up,” handcuffed him and threatening him with deportation and various criminal charges. Then the police uncuffed him and drove away.
