Stolen Cars In Morgan Park: 4 Swiped This Month Alone
Chicago police say four cars have been stolen in the Morgan Park and West Beverly/Morgan Park neighborhoods in the last month.
CHICAGO — Police in the 22nd District are investigating a series of car thefts this month. Cars were stolen from streets in the Morgan Park neighborhood four different times between Nov. 7 and Nov. 24.
A community alert states that the first one was reported in the 2100 block of West 110th Place around 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 7, the next sometime between Nov. 10 and Nov. 16 in the 11000 block of South Longwood Drive, another between 7-8 p.m. on Nov. 16 in the 2300 block of West 111th Street and the most recent around 1:10 a.m. on Nov. 24 in the 10900 block of South Talman Avenue.
Anyone with information on the series of thefts should call the Chicago Police Department's Area South Bureau of Detectives at 312-747-8273.
