Top 10 Academic Signing Day For Mount Carmel Held Virtually

The college choices of these Men of Carmel were celebrated through a Zoom ceremony.

CHICAGO — The top ten academic students in the Mount Carmel High School class of 2020 were recognized in a Zoom video call with school administrators and their parents. The class of 2020 is "a truly special class and these young men are leaders," according to a news release from the school.

In the video call, the top ten students all announced where they will be headed for college. Find the list below.

“This is a special class in Mount Carmel’s history” Mount Carmel Principal Scott Tabernacki said. “We are incredibly proud of these young men and look forward to watching them accomplish great things and make the world a better place.”

The top 10 boasted an average grade point average of 4.8 and a 32 ACT score.
