Video Released Of ‘Person of Interest’ In Washington Heights Homicide

Chicago police want to talk to a man about a November 2023 murder in which a 29-year-old man was gunned down in Washington Heights.

CHICAGO — Chicago police have released a new video of a “person of interest” wanted for questioning in a Washington Heights homicide in the 22nd Police District.

Around noon Nov. 6, 2023, Shya Clark, 29, was gunned down in the 8900 block of South Justine Street. Clark died of a head wound.

Video captured a man wearing a dark colored hoodie, dark colored pants with a stripe down the side, white belt and light-colored distinctive slippers, Chicago police said.
