BOLINGBROOK, IL — Bullvino's Churrascaria Brazilian Steak House in the Promenade Bolingbrook will soon open its doors for a soft opening, the Village of Bolingbrook shared.
Announced in December 2023, the restaurant has faced delays in opening. It was originally supposed to open in 2024.
The eatery is owned and operated by Brazilian chefs, and meat selections from Brazil and the U.S. range from marinated sirloin, bacon-wrapped steak and chicken, pork ribs and more.
Bullvino's is known for its authentic all-you-can-eatchurrascaria experiences, with tableside-carved meats and Brazilian specialities, the Village said.
Bullvino's is located at 639 E. Boughton Road, Suite 100. The restaurant is set to have a soft opening the first week of July.
"For Bolingbrook, this is one of the most unique dining concepts to open at The Promenade Bolingbrook in recent years, and many residents have been eagerly awaiting its arrival," the Village shared on its Facebook.
