BOLINGBROOK, IL — At its Tuesday meeting, plans moved forward for the Bolingbrook Golf Club's driving range facility as the Bolingbrook Village Board approved a proposal for phase 2 of the facility.
The proposal from Romaas, Inc. is for the construction of "conditioned spaces" for the Bolingbrook Golf Club practice facility development.
The Board approved the second phase of construction for the club's outdoor practice facility, which will be open year-round, according to Board documents.
Board documents state the the proposal will supply labor, material and construction services for the tenant build-out work for the driving range facility.
The proposal cost is $1,198,100.
