"This only approves the first phase of construction of a training tower at the new fire training campus," Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta said.

The proposal for architectural and MEP services covers consulting services for planning, designing and bidding for the build-out of the tower. This proposal will cost $48,000, according to Board documents.

The Bolingbrook Fire Training Campus plan includes a new multi-story building, which will be 6,500 square feet, at 1000 W. Boughton Road.
