The Notre Dame commit plans a quick weekend trip from Bolingbrook to South Bend for the Irish home opener, highlighting how a local standout is drawing national attention.
• Britax class action alleges company has not remedied a car seat handle defect (claimdepot.com) — A Bolingbrook resident has filed a federal class action lawsuit claiming certain Britax infant car seats have a defective carrying handle that can detach and risk a child's fall. The case follows an August recall of more than 114,000 seats and could affect many Illinois families who bought B-Safe or Endeavours models made between 2020 and 2023.
