BOLINGBROOK, IL — A new sushi restaurant has applied for a building permit at the former Red Lobster location in Bolingbrook, the Village shared.
Koi Sushi at 209 S. Weber Road will feature a rotating conveyer belt of all-you-can-eat sushi, specialty rolls, nigiri, sashimi and tempura, according to the Village.
The restaurant will also offer take-out, delivery and catering options.
No opening date has been given.
The Bolingbrook Red Lobster location closed last year. The restaurant chain filed for bankruptcy in 2024.
