BOLINGBROOK, IL — Offices and a distribution center for a popular children's toy will soon be coming to Bolingbrook, after the Village Board approved the final plat of subdivision for the Carlow Corporate Center at its Tuesday meeting.
The property is located north of Remington Boulevard and south of Belle Lane, and the proposed plat of subdivision creates two lots of record and three out lots.
"Lot 1 will be 11.692 acres and is the future location of Magna Tiles office and distribution center," Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta said. "Lot 2 is 23.219 acres and will be used for future office and/or distribution centers."
Magna Tiles currently operates out of Bolingbrook off of Crossroads Parkway.
