
Jamie Rowden, RN, director of quality management and infection control at Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital received the Adventist Midwest Health's pillar award at the quarterly leadership development institute in January.
According to Adventist Midwest Health: Rowden continues to work on improving congestive heart failure and medication reconciliation scores. She reports quality data to the government and is the workflow co-champion for the launch of the clinical physician order entry process.
“Jamie is a vital member of our organization who is committed to delivering the highest standard of care,” said Jolene Albaugh, chief nursing officer. “She believes patients deserve the best outcome possible, even if they don’t have the best diagnosis.”
Rowden has been an Adventist Midwest Health employee for 22 years.
