The village board approved an ordinance Tuesday that will allow the frozen custard shop to build the sign.
According to village documents, passers-by traveling north on Weber Road cannot see ether of Andy's current signs until they are at least half way through property. At that point, it's too late and driver have to travel past the site to enter the property.
