Three Rivers Association of Realtors with 990 members has released March 2014 sales statistics. The March 2014 average sales price was $169,612 vs the average March 2013 sales price of $180,439. The number of sold YTD for 2014 was 1,468 units vs 1,492 sold in 2013. Improvement was seen in the number of days on market which was 107 for 2014 vs 135 days in 2013, a reflection of the tight market for buyers.
