BaconFest 2015 to Fry Up June 27

Calling all Bacon lovers (everyone, of course)! It’s that time of year for everyone’s favorite event: BACONFEST. This year, Ashbury’s at Boughton Ridge will have a bigger, better and WAY more bacon-y celebration of everything bacon. From 3 to 10 p.m. Saturday, June 27, we’ll have an all-bacon menu, bacon drinks, Goose Island beer sampling, live music, activities, games and prizes. Dress up in your favorite bacon-themed costumes (everyone wants to see Bacon-Vader). We’ll even have live pigs and a “Guess the Weight” contest and no, we’re not kidding.

Price for the event is just $35 for a wristband, which includes drinks, bacon food sampling as well as the activities and games. This year’s games include:

• Dance/Limbo Contest
• Beer Pong/Bags Tournament
• Guess the Weight of the Pig
• Bacon Themed Costume Contest

Should you enter one of these contests, you’ll have the chance to win a flat screen TV, Goose Island Brewery Tour in Chicago and Ashbury’s gift cards.
