Bolingbrook 18-Year-Old, Two Juveniles Attacked Victim, Demanded His Clothes: Police

BOLINGBROOK, IL — A Bolingbrook 18-year-old is facing multiple charges after punching and kicking a victim after demanding his clothing, Bolingbook Police said.

Antwuan Aguda, 18, has been charged with assault, battery, attempted robbery, disorderly conduct, mob action and aggravated battery after an incident on Sunday night.

Police told Patch that Aguda and two juveniles approached another juvenile and demanded his clothing at 10:11 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Salem Square. The juvenile refused to hand over his clothing, and Aguda and the other two juveniles began to punch the victim on his head and body until he fell to the ground.

Once on the ground, they kicked the victim repeatedly, officials allege. The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Aguda and two juveniles were taken into custody. The juvenile offenders were petitioned to the juvenile court system.
