Bolingbrook Blotter: Man Charged with DUI, Driving 40 MPH Over the Limit

Charles Malone, 60, of the 2300 block of River Hills, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Illinois State Police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated DUI, DUI, improper use of turn signal, speeding 40 mph or more over the limit and driving on a suspended license, jail records said.

Nov. 12

Jamie Schultz, 26, of the 4200 block of 81st Street, Chicago, was arrested by Bolingbrook police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and resisting a peace officer, according to jail records.

Nov. 13

Jesus Diaz, 18, of the 200 block of Bristol, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Bolingbrook police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance and muffler violation, jail records said.

Nov. 15

Candido Hernandez, 35, of the 300 block of Arbor, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Illinois State Police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane use, DUI/failure to possess a valid license and driving without a license, according to jail records.
