Bolingbrook High School Cheer Team Advances To State Finals
Bolingbrook placed third at the sectional competition in the co-ed team division.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Bolingbrook High School Varsity Cheer team will compete at the IHSA state final competition after their performance at the sectional competition in Peoria.
According to the IHSA website, Bolingbrook placed third at the sectional competition for co-ed teams. Glenbard East finished first, Bartlett finished second, Metea Valley finished fourth and Romeoville finished fifth at the sectional competition.
The top five teams advanced to the state finals. Bolingbrook had a score of 86.67; while first-place Glenbard East had a score of 87.90 and Bartlett had a score of 87.70, according to the IHSA website.

The state finals will be held Feb. 4-5 at Grossinger Motors Arena in Bloomington.
