Bolingbrook Man Fatally Shot Brother: Police
Timothy Terrell Davis, 28, of Bolingbrook, is facing three counts of first-degree murder in the death of his brother, Devon Davis.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — A Bolingbrook man is charged with murder after police say he shot and killed his older brother during a "family argument" on Monday.
Devon D. Davis, 33, was found with a gunshot wound at a home in the 300 block of Walnut Circle and taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police has responded to the home just before 2 p.m. after receiving a report of a person shot.
Timothy Terrell Davis, 28, of the same address, faces three counts of first-degree murder, one count of being an armed habitual criminal and one count of unlawful use of weapon by a felon, Bolingbrook police said.

Bolingbrook police on Wednesday said they believe Timothy Davis shot his brother after a domestic dispute, but did not give any additional details on the killing.
The shooting prompted Bolingbrook schools to delay dismissal and caused a lockdown and shelter in place at the Fountaindale Public Library.

Timothy Davis also appeared in court on Wednesday for a speeding charge for an incident that happened in January. Court records show that a warrant for failure to appear was issued in August, and that he was in custody on the warrant on Wednesday.
A $5,000 bond was issued in the traffic charge. A bond hearing on the homicide charges was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
