Bolingbrook Man Without License Jailed After Aggravated DUI
Jason Monchunski was arrested by Joliet police officers on October 27.

It's been a long week for Jason Monchunski. The 40-year-old Bolingbrook man was taken into custody by the Joliet Police Department on October 27 in connection with a DUI arrest. However, court records show that Monchunski now faces multiple felonies because he was driving with a suspended or revoked license at the time of his DUI arrest. Monchunski now faces three felony aggravated DUI charges in Will County Circuit Court. A fourth felony accuses him of driving under revocation/suspension for at least the third time.
According to court records, Monchunski has a Bolingbrook address in the 500 block of Hillcrest. On Friday night, he remained locked up in the Will County jail, so he was not available to comment on his pending criminal charges. A judge has set a $50,000 bond, and court records indicate the defendant has no money, so the public defender's office is being appointed to represent him.
