Bolingbrook Now Offers At-Home Vaccination Appointments
Don't want to leave home to get your vaccinated? No problem. Make an appointment online and the Bolingbrook Fire Department can come to you.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — In an effort to promote vaccinations and make them more accessible in Bolingbrook, village officials announced Tuesdays that residents can now make appointments to get their vaccines at home.
After an appointment is made online, fire officers from the Bolingbrook Fire Department will go to residents' home or business to administer the dose. Once the form is filled out, officials said someone will contact the person making the request to schedule an appointment.
The village's announcement comes amid a rise in COVID-19 cases throughout the state and county. In Will County, about 49.46 percent of a population of 692,310 are fully vaccinated, according to data from the Illinois Department of Public Health.
