Bolingbrook Park District Introduces Jan/Feb Program Guide

BOLINGBROOK, Ill. – Most programs for the reminder of 2020 have either been cancelled or moved to digital with the most recent mitigations set in place by the State of Illinois’ Restore Illinois Plan. Bolingbrook Park District is excited to announce their most recent set of programs to bring fun to the community.

The digital-only version of the program guide allows programming information to be updated quickly to adapt to the changing environment as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. To find the program guide, follow these easy steps:

“We are making every attempt to bring the fun back in 2021! Throughout the entire year, you will see new programs, new services, and revamped events; all with a focus on wellness and safety. Our talented team has an amazing year of fun planned – so get ready!” said executive director, Ron Oestreich.

Registration for Bolingbrook residents with valid ID begins Tuesday, December 1. Non-resident registration will begin Friday, December 4.

The Bolingbrook Park District is celebrating 50 years of “Where the fun is!” throughout 2020. The public park and recreation agency located in Bolingbrook, Illinois operates two community centers, an indoor/outdoor aquatic park, golf course, banquet hall and restaurant, two fitness centers, two outdoor skate parks, a sports complex, nature center and conservation area, and 49 parks along with their many playgrounds, picnic shelters and over 1,087 acres of land.
