Bolingbrook Police Participate In Fourth Of July Enforcement Campaign
The campaign runs from June 16 to July 5.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Bolingbrook Police Department will participate in the Illinois Department of Transportation Independence Day campaign, running from June 16 to July 5.
The department said it will step up enforcement of occupant protection laws to help ensure the safety of all passengers in motor vehicles traveling in the community during this holiday timeframe.
"Seat belts are saving lives. One of the safest choices drivers and passengers can make is to buckle up - every trip, every time, and double check all child safety seats," police said.
