Bolingbrook Sex Offender Sought For Violating Registry Again
The Illinois State Police website does not list Kierre Miller as a convicted sex offender even though he is.

On Thursday, a judge at the Will County Courthouse issued a bench warrant for the arrest of convicted Bolingbrook sex offender, Kierre D. Miller. According to a Bolingbrook Police Department criminal complaint, Miller failed to register as a sex offender on January 8. He also failed to comply with the sex offender registry back in 2005, making this his second such offense, according to the complaint. As a result, Miller now faces a Class 2 felony, meaning he's likely looking at some prison time, if he's convicted.
A judge has set a $10,000 bail for Miller. According to criminal court records, Miller had been living in Bolingbrook's 700 block of Bethel Avenue.
Actually, Miller was in the Will County Jail back in December after being arrested by Bolingbrook Police on charges of driving on a suspended license and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
