BOLINGBROOK, IL — A Bolingbrook resident is among Providence Catholic High School's September students of the month, according to a release from the school. This year, the celebration for these students took on a new format, which includes a breakfast with their parents and the teacher who nominated them.

Bolingbrook resident and freshman AJ Rayford (PE/Health) was honored as a student of the month.

“As a Celtic community, we are very proud of these students who were recognized for achievements in classes and other school activities,” Principal Paul Houston said in a release. “We look forward to their continued success at Providence Catholic. It was wonderful to see the teacher and student stand together in front of the room and hear the teachers speak from their heart about the reasons they nominated their student.”
