Bolingbrook Students Chosen for Chicago Art Exhibition
Nine Valley View students earned a spot in the prestigious art show.

Art work created by five students from Romeoville High School and four from Bolingbrook High School have been selected to participate in the Feb. 26 Illinois High School Art Exhibition (IHSAE) at the Zhou B Art Center in Chicago.
RHS participants include Sarah Romy, painting; Alexander Moran, photography; Lizet Audelo-Luna, mixed media; Jacob Teodoro, drawing; and Victoria Zuchara, ceramics.
BHS participants will be Nicole Bond (2 entries), painting and mixed media; Jakob Abderhalden, photography, Courtney Washington, ceramics; and Greer Jimenez, design.

The IHSAE will open its doors from 10 a.m. to noon for pre-exhibition college conversations. Students will have a chance to speak with college representatives regarding post-secondary education.
The student artists will be honored at a noon reception followed by a 3 p.m. awards ceremony, and the exhibition will be open to the public starting at noon.
