Bolingbrook Teen Charged With Resisting Arrest

Bolingbrook police arrested Jesus Corral in the 200 block of Campbell Drive.

BOLINGBROOK, IL - An 18-year-old Bolingbrook teen remains incarcerated after being arrested Monday morning in connection with a domestic disturbance. After Bolingbrook officers responded to the 200 block of Campbell Drive, they spoke with Jesus Corral who "appeared intoxicated and stated police were not needed," police reports show.

Officers remained on standby while others tried to leave to the residence, according to police. As one of the persons walked past Corral "he slammed the subject into the wall," police reports state.

In response, Bolingbrook officers grabbed Corral but "Jesus began striking officers and was taken into custody," reports state.

Corral was arrested on charges of domestic battery, aggravated battery and resisting a police officer. He was taken to the Will County Jail. He still remained in custody Thursday afternoon unable to make his $5,000 bond, jail logs show.

Corral lives in the 200 block of Bolingbrook's Campbell Drive, jail records reflect.
