Justin Emerson was indicted last week in connection with his latest arrest.

BOLINGBROOK, IL - Justin Emerson's trouble with police officers tends to happen every time he gets behind the wheel of a vehicle. On Dec. 22, the resident of Bolingbrook was popped once again, this time by Bolingbrook's P0lice Department, on suspicion of driving on a suspended or revoked license. Last week, a Will County grand jury returned a felony indictment against Emerson, 32, on a felony offense of aggravated driving while license revoked.
The complaint states that Emerson, who lives in the 600 block of North Pinecrest Road, was out driving a Nissan on North Bolingbrook Drive on Dec. 22 even though Emerson's driver's license was previously revoked. The criminal complaint also outlines Emerson's repetitive pattern of conduct.
