Bolingbrook's Joseph Blakemore Back In County Jail
The 31-year-old Beech Drive resident was apprehended on an arrest warrant Wednesday evening.

BOLINGBROOK, IL - A 31-year-old Bolingbrook resident who has been a familiar face inside the Will County Jail is back in custody again. On Wednesday night, authorities booked Joseph Blakemore into the county jail facility in Joliet where he faces a felony charge of issuing bad checks and unrelated criminal charges of leaving the scene of an accident, failing to render aid, having his driver's license expired for more than a year and operating a cellular phone while driving.
A warrant had been issued for Blakemore's arrest in December. Jail logs list the defendant's address as being in the 800 block of Bolingbrook's Beech Drive.
Blakemore also had his mugshot taken at the Will County Jail in 2016, 2015, 2013, 2012 and 2009, jail logs show. Some of his prior criminal charges include: possessing marijuana, manufacturing marijuana, driving on a suspended license, disorderly conduct and armed robbery.
