Community Service Council of Northern Will County Receives Grant

Community Service Council receives foundation grant.

The Community Service Council of Northern Will County is proud to have received a grant from the Charter One Foundation in the amount of $10,000.  This is the second consecutive year that this grant has been received by Community Service Council. 

“We are grateful that the Charter One Foundation has once again chosen CSC to receive this grant," said Executive Director Robert Kalnicky. “These funds will continue our efforts in the area of foreclosure prevention throughout the Northern Will County area.”

"The Community Service Council's housing counseling programs serve more than 600 Will County residents in need of guidance managing their housing situation," said Stacey R. Sather, senior vice president and director of public affairs for Charter One. "By partnering with the Community Service Council to help assist individuals who are in danger of losing their residences and refer potential first time home buyers to educational programs, Charter One is proud to help those in need in our community."

The Community Service Council of Northern Will County is a non-profit counseling agency with offices located in Romeoville and Bolingbrook offering a full range of counseling for foreclosure prevention, housing, financial, and a full range of clinical issues as well. 

Charter One Foundation, a charitable contributions vehicle of Charter One Bank, focuses its support in the areas of housing, economic development and basic human services..
