My Life as a Mommy
I've always wanted to write a blog but didn't know what to write about. Now I've got my subject matter—my life as a mommy!

I was doing my regular Facebooking and saw Patch was looking for moms to blog. This is totally a perfect opportunity to start one, I thought. So here I am.
I've always wanted to write a blog but didn't know what to do really or what to write about. Well, I got my boy Jace now and my girly Kaley so there it is. I got my subject matter—my life as a mommy!
I'm not really good at talking about myself and my likes, since I am exploring who I am each and every day. I'll start out by staying I'm 38 and a new mom to Jace. He will be 3 months. I also have a daughter Kaley who is 23.

Life raising my two kids have been very different.
I adopted Kaley when I was 25 years old and she was 10 years old. As we both got older, the 15 years between us seemed to disappear. Today, we are very happy with our relationship and see each other at least once a week. But now that she is older, it is more like she is my best friend.

Now with Jace, it's much different with him being my first born. I went through my first pregnancy, labor, the nightly feedings (that I still do), and the whole shabang.
This blog is mainly going to be about my days with Jace and all the adventures that we experience. There will be many pictures. I love to take photographs. And on some days, perhaps just a place to vent to some known or unknown person that may seem to care. I've never done this before so bear with me.
I'm sure hubby Lewis will be mentioned, as well as some of my close friends. Rest assured, I'll be posting lots of pics of all the fun, and some of the boring stuff a stay-at-home mom does throughout the day.
My spelling and punctuation are horrible, but who has time to make all those corrections? Not me. I got diapers to change, and bottles to make.
But I love being a mom! It's a job I was meant to do ... or should I say be?
Either way, I am the bomb at being a mom, if I say so myself. So here's to the beginning of my blog.
Cheers!
