New Years Resolutions: Just Do It!

Have a happy and safe New Year!

People have been asking what my resolution is for the new year. I never really know what to say because I typically don't make them. I think if you're set on doing something, you should just do it. If you want something, you should just go after it. If you feel something, you should just feel it. And, if you want to be heard, just open your mouth and SPEAK.

I try to live life authentically—in the moment and with passion.

I often look around me and take huge deep breaths marveling at nature. I'm always in awe. When I'm being mindful, I thank God for all of the beauty and ask him to never let me take his grace and generosity for granted.

I think because I seek inner reflection on a regular basis, I'm convinced that resolutions are not something you should make once a year, but on a daily basis.

Resolve to be better at being who you are. Resolve to be better to others. I think that's what the whole concept should be about anyway.

And if you're thinking about making changes to your life or within your life...JUST DO IT. There really is no better time than right now.
