Burglary Suspects Apprehended In Bolingbrook: Police

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Residential burglary suspects were apprehended in Bolingbrook on Monday, according to a release from police.
Bolingbrook officers responded to Interstate 55 and Route 53 at 1:10 p.m. Monday to assist other agencies, who were attempting to stop the suspects from another jurisdiction. Police said the offenders were followed while traveling south on I-55, where they exited southbound on South Bolingbrook Drive.
The suspects exited their vehicle and fled on foot, police said. The suspects were apprehended after a quick foot pursuit.

There were no reported injuries to anyone involved in this incident. The incident is under investigation with pending charges in multiple jurisdictions, police said. Police did not say which other departments were involved in the apprehension.
