Students from Bolingbrook graduate from University of Cumberlands
There are more than 1,500 reasons to celebrate as summer ends and the fall term begins - one for every summer graduate from University of the Cumberlands!
The following students from Bolingbrook completed a degree at Cumberlands this summer:
Wasiya Farooqui of Bolingbrook (60490), who earned their Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies
Swapna Teegala of Bolingbrook (60440), who earned their Master of Science in Information Technology

Morgan Phillips is admitted to Utah State University as a first-year student
Morgan Phillips, from Bolingbrook, is one of more than 4,100 students who began their collegiate journey at Utah State University, enrolling in the Fall 2021 semester as a first-year college student. Phillips will attend USU at the USU Main campus.
"We are thrilled to welcome these students to the Aggie family," said President Noelle E. Cockett. "The energy, talents, and enthusiasm this new cohort will bring to our campuses is greatly appreciated. We look forward to seeing what the class of 2025 will accomplish and cannot wait to be a part of their academic growth and success."

Bolingbrook High graduate continues her volleyball career as a first-year in college
Ashleigh Curtiss, a graduate of Bolingbrook High School, is one of seven first-year student-athletes to continue their women's volleyball career at Baldwin Wallace University.
Head Coach Kacie Ehinger, who is in her third season, returns nine letter winners, two All-Ohio Athletic Conference players and six Academic All-OAC selections from last year's squad that went 14-6.

The Yellow Jackets will begin their season with an away non-conference contest against Franciscan University in Steubenville on Wednesday, September 1 at 7:00 p.m.
