COVID-19 Booster Vaccination Clinic Planned Wednesday

BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Village of Bolingbrook will hold a COVID-19 booster vaccination clinic on Wednesday. The clinic is by appointment only and will be held at the Bolingbrook Community Center, 201 Canterbury Lane.

Since the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention has now recommended booster doses for those ages 12 and older, additional appointments have been added for the clinic, according to the Village.

The clinic will be held from 12 to 6 p.m., and you can schedule your appointment online.

To qualify for a booster, you must have proof of vaccination with the second dose at least five months before the clinic date. The clinic will have Pfizer and Moderna vaccines available. Those 18 and older can receive a Moderna booster, and those 12 and older can receive a Pfizer booster.
