Drug Dealer Had 35 Heroin Baggies: Bolingbrook Police
Bolingbrook Police put this man in handcuffs and confiscated his drugs, police reports show.

BOLINGBROOK, IL - A 31-year-old suspected heroin dealer who resides in Chicago had his bail set at $500,000 after Bolingbrook Police arrested the man in their community Tuesday night. At the time of his arrest, Randy D. Smith had 35 baggies of heroin, police reports indicate. Bolingbrook Police charged Smith, who lives in the 4300 block of South Dearborn, with delivery of a controlled substance as well as possession of controlled substances.
On Tuesday at 7:30 p.m., Bolingbrook officers saw a drug transaction occurring in a parking lot on the 500 block of South Bolingbrook Drive, police said.
"Officers initiated a stop of the offender and Randy Smith ... was taken into custody. Officers recovered 35 baggies of heroin which was sold by Smith," reports show.

Smith needs to come up with $50,000 cash to post as bond. As of Thursday night, he remained a prisoner in the Will County Jail.
