On Thursday, June 2, Panera Bread in Bolingbrook will be celebrating its five year birthday by taking the time to thank those who make their business possible, their customers. To help toast to their birthday, the first five customers at 11 am, 3 pm and 6 pm who also have birthdays on June 2 will receive a special birthday surprise.
The Bolingbrook Panera Bread has a lot to celebrate, including its efforts to support local charities for the past five years. This year they teamed up with Make-A-Wish to help make local children's wishes come true. In fact, during June, Panera is hosting a special Crosstown Wish Program featuring Bolingbrook Make-A-Wish child Daniel Cavazos as their "Southsider." Proceeds from the Sierra Turkey sandwich will help make Daniel's wish come true.
Panera will be celebrating their past five years all day long but the official celebration will begin at 5 pm with Bolingbrook Mayor Roger Claar blowing the candles out on their birthday cake.
