Fountaindale Library Holds Back To School Bash

BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Fountaindale Public Library will hold a back to school bash on Sept. 10, featuring a chance to win a school supply kit bundle or fidget backpack.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sept. 10 at the Annerino Community Center's back parking lot, 201 Recreation Drive. If it rains, the event will be move inside to the community center gym.

According to the library website, the event will feature special guests from Chicago's Mobile Makers in their Mobile Makerspace for interactive STEAM activities from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

Guests will also be able to check out items, pick up holds and return borrowed materials at the Bookmobile, and cut monster stickers on the Brother ScanNCut machine.

There will also be a free book giveaway while supplies last, and eventgoers can sign up for a chance to win a school supply kit bundle or fidget backpack, according to the library website.
