A new epic series by the best-selling writer of Robert Jordan’s final Wheel of Time novels introduces the world of Roshar through the experiences of a war-weary royal compelled by visions, a highborn youth condemned to military slavery and a woman who would save her impoverished house.

This month I am reviewing one of the most popular modern fantasy series, The Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson. This epic fantasy series is known for high-powered sword fights, a mythic setting of magic and crabs, and a story that spans across worlds. It also contains connections to many other works from Sanderson, all set in the Cosmere universe. The latest book, Rhythm of War, was released in 2020.
