Gang Member Challenges Bolingbrook Police During Melee: Cops
A total of three men were arrested, one from Bolingbrook, one from Romeoville and one Lake Bluff.

BOLINGBROOK, IL -It isn't often that Bolingbrook Police officers arrest three people for the same incident, but that happened last week near the Beaconridge Townhome Association. Just before 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 18, squad cars responded to a call of several people "throwing beer bottles and yelling cars," in the area of Lot 0 on Beaconridge Drive, police report show.
Upon rolling up to the scene, officers met with Arnold Zavala, 28, of Lake Bluff, Miguel Norato, 34, of Romeoville and Arturo Beltran, 22, of the 400 block of Seminole Lane in Bolingbrook.
"Norato identified himself as a gang member and challenged officers on scene," police said.

At first, police weren't planning to make any arrests. Instead, the officers told the three "to clean up their trash and leave the area. The (men) were informed they could not return to the area unless they were visiting residents in the complex," reports show.
Zavala and Beltran were previously served with no trespass orders from the Beaconridge Townhome Association, police said.

Although the three left the area after the police commanded them to do so, "they returned almost immediately. They were once again dispersed, only to return once again. The three subjects were arrested for criminal trespass to property and later released on bond," police said.
