He Flees Cops, Then Tries Beating Them Up: Police
Paxtion Lee is a 49-year-old man from Chicago.

BOLINGBROOK, IL - The Will County Jail logs list 49-year-old Paxtion Lee, a Chicago man, as currently facing a total of 13 criminal charges in connection with Tuesday's arrest by Bolingbrook Police. The village says he chose to flee a traffic stop on Monday night and actually waived at the police to mock them as he pulled onto northbound Interstate 55, reports indicate. But on Tuesday, Bolingbrook Police captured Lee, but not without a struggle. Lee kicked and tackled several officers who were trying to arrest him and their efforts to deploy a Taser on Lee had no success, police reports indicate.
According to Bolingbrook Police, officers on patrol saw a blue Mercury minivan at Bolingbrook Drive and Crossroads Parkway with an expired registration around 10 p.m. Monday. Officers activated their emergency lights but Lee continued driving. Police say he pulled onto northbound I-55 and "the officer pulled next to the van on the highway and the driver waved to the officer, allowing the officer to later identify the driver. The officers discontinued following the van at this time," reports show.
But on Tuesday, Bolingbrook police spotted the very same minivan back in Bolingbrook, this time in the 400 block of West Crossroads, reports state. The officers approached Lee and told him he was being taken into custody for fleeing and eluding police the night before.
