
BOLINGBROOK, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.
The Will County Health Department visited The Beer Market Feb. 19 for a routine inspection. It received a sanitation score of 79/100 and a corrected score of 94 once immediate fixes were made.

- Sanitizer spray bottle stored on drink shelf.
- Kitchen floor soiled throughout.
- Fuel stored with spices.
- Inside prep cooler soiled.
- Non-National Sanitation Foundation-approved freezer.
- Food permit not posted.
- Unlabeled sanitizer bottle.
The health department came back to the restaurant around 30 days later to check on changes. The floor had been cleaned and the non-NSF-approved freezer had been removed.
