Health Inspection Report: Cheddar's

BOLINGBROOK, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.

The Will County Health Department visited Cheddar’s March 30 for a routine inspection. The restaurant received a sanitation score of 89 and a corrected score of 98 once immediate fixes were made.

Some of the items out of compliance were:

• Chemical spray bottle stored above clean dishes
• Syrup on drink shelf.
• Missing thermometer in ice cream.
• Plastic wrapped around pipe below prep sink.

Cheddar’s is located at 105 Remington Rd. in Bolingbrook.
