Health Inspection Report: Gordon Biersch

BOLINGBROOK, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.

The Will County Health Department visited Gordon Biersch April 6 for a routine inspection. The restaurant received a sanitation score of 78 and a corrected score of 98 once immediate fixes were made. Items out of compliance were:

• Chemicals stored above alcohol.
• Undated food in walk-in cooler.
• Raw eggs stored above cooked pasta.
• Glass cleaner stored above sauces.
